A 4th rounder was the best they could do?

I guess they figured if Brady was a 6th rounder, a 4th will be the second comming of John Elway.

sounds like the Jets didn't want him anymore... I can't imagine why...

I don't see why you'd want herm when there's a ton of good assistants out there.

Personally I'd like Samurai Mike.

I think Edwards is a good fit considering his relationship with the Chiefs higher ups and his similarities with Dick. I think this is a great chance for Edwards. Dick left behind a back to back 4000 yd passer in Green and a running back phenom in Johnson. Not to mention Edwards is a great D-minded coach that could certainly benefit the Chiefs.

I dunno how I feel about the Chiefs offense. Green seems ageless and LJ is orgasmic, but it ain't exactly a young offense overall.

I have a hard time believing they'll be a better team next year.

Anyone heard anything about what they might do about the offensive coordinator spot? I can't imagine Herm bringing Al Saunders back even if Saunders doesn't get a head coaching job...

If I was a Chiefs fan I'd be a bit uncomfortable about the whole thing.

Anytime there is a coaching change with your fav. team you are a bit uncomfortable. The O-line and T-Rich are about the only old guys left. Gonzo is getting up there and Kennison is getting up there too but I honestly feel the Chiefs will make a nice run next year. They will be better than the Chargers you can bank on it.

Gonzo showed himself to be human last year. Eddie Kennison is already up there. Trent Green is old, too, as if that matters.
