Default 20/40 overcards/rivered straight

The villain is 35/20/2.

1) Is the flop raise standard?
2) Is a simple call better on the river?
3) Do I muck to the reraise?

Party Poker 20/40 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].

<font color="#CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 14 BB

Results in white below: <font color="#FFFFFF">
SB has 8s 8h (full house, eights full of jacks).
Hero has Ks Ac (straight, ace high).
Outcome: SB wins 14 BB. </font>

Final question: Did the villain play this in a standard way?

1) Is the flop raise standard? No
2) Is a simple call better on the river? I don't think so
3) Do I muck to the reraise? I wouldn't

Final question: Did the villain play this in a standard way? Postflop, he played it like I would

I dig the flop raise on draw heavy board. Villain's line definitely isn't standard in the sense that everybody does it that way but I believe he played it correctly. I'm not sure about the river raise, but a river call in this spot is, i believe, incosistent with calling the turn-only one can be correct because of pot odds + opponents hand range. Fold the turn, I think.

Edit: I might have been tempted to say fold turn because of results-try not to post them.

i peel the flop. as you played it, i fold the turn because it looks like most of your outs just got killed.

Flop raise isn't terrible idea but i prefer a call. Given the boards structure i think your going to get played back at a lot and you have zero fold equity. Turn slaughters your hand, muck it.
