Where do you download music?

I haven't really downloaded music since Napster stopped being free mainly because [censored] messed up my computer as soon as I started using it but anyway I kinda want to get back into it...and I only want to go through a legit site. So who uses what and which is better..Napster, iTunes, are there even any others?

(oh an I don't have an iPod..bought some cheap thing in Bangkok which works just as good but just doesn't look as "cool")

It's also Russian and of questionable legality, so why not just download it from some file sharing software for free?
