I think the raise is marginal PF but the bet fold flop is fine imo.

Yeah i think you can fold this easy since your quite deep after the fold, can get a better spot plenty of time left.

I think I just limp behind at this point in the tourney - 9 handed, still fairly early. On the flop, most people would expect you to slowplay a big hand there, so to satisfy their suspicions I check behind and bet/fold the turn if he checks again.

I don't like the size of your raise, I like the concept but would rather limp or make it 175 or 200 and have some FE preflop, you would still have plenty to get away from the hand after a cbet even with the larger raise. With the bigger raise you get two streets of FE, and you'll win more the times you take it down with a flop cbet (which is going to be hugely profitable and is why I like this type of play.)
