Default NL10 - Middle set on coordinated flop

Posting in two segments. I'd appreciate comments on both the flop and turn play (I've added some whitespace to give people a chance to think about the flop action before going onto the turn.)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($37.75)
UTG+1 ($10.60)
MP1 ($6.95)
MP2 ($5.90)
CO ($3.40)
Button ($7.65)
SB ($6.60)
Hero ($9.60)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls $0.10, MP2 calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.60) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(6 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.6</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $1.2</font>, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero has $8.90 behind and raises to $4 ...</font>

Bottom set on a flop where flush and straight draws could all be out. Happily UTG seems willing to give me some action here. I'm discounting a flopped straight here since I can't imagine folding, so basically the hands I'm worried about is a straight draw. I'd like to bet enough to charge a draw but not so much that UTG correctly folds, so I opt for an overbet that basically commits both of us but doesn't put him AI. I'm hoping that this may induce two pair and straight draws to call, whereas they might fold to the push. Thoughts?

Board puts 4 to a straight. I'm pretty much committed to call if he pushes with my boat outs, so should I go ahead and do the push instead? Does any worse hand (probably at best two pair) call me?
