Making a play OOP, with T7o, and against the chip leader committing all his chips

i have info from previous hands
1 i know he likes to play position ..
2 it was a standard raise
3 he is a tight-aggressive player. meaning that he will fold to strenght in EEP
4 it was a Qxx flop
5 he flat called my min-raise, if he goes over the top there i end my bluff
6 i know i had him
7 i want to win this tourny and not wait for cards
8 i want to be feared
9 i put him on tilt after as he went all in with AJ and sucked out
10 its my style. i don't make standard plays, i make plays according to the situation

im pass that, if i lose then my read is wrong i go home. if i win i get an edge and confidence. i just thought it was a great bluff and masterful as did everyone else at the table. in position you can't make that play, its an out of position play.

Your friend min-raised here, which is something I never condone. If he actually makes a real raise on the flop, I'd be much more supportive.

first off the villain isnt CL he isnt even table CL

2nd the biggest mistake is obviously preflop. the flop is ugly but if he really has a read that the villain is weak and he went with it, can it be that wrong?

What is the turn shove really representing here? It's not like hes pushing to protect from draws as he min raised the flop and there were no draws then. Hes folding a no hand, and I think hes going to get looked up light there in a lot of spots.

not that light.
he's not expecting to fold out any Q's because his read is that the villain is weaker than a Q.
