When you're in mid position at 50/100 with 10-15BB and a hand like AT, AJ, AQ, AK, when should you be shoving, when should you be raising?

Rarely shoving >1300 here. 250 with AQ/AK always, AJ table dependant (raising more often if blinds are tight), AT often folding
