Did I play this like a maniac?

I was playing pretty tight and didn't have much of a read on the guy. When he bet the flop I thought he was weak I raised him (I was trying to semi-bluff). When he called I thought he may have some sort of a flush draw but I still didn't think he was very strong. When he bet bet again I was like well I have a flush draw (which may be good) and a pair which I'm pretty sure is good so I raised. On the river he open pushed I wasn't sure what he had but I didn't think he was strong so I called. How do you think I played this hand?

Getting 3:1 i'm calling the river with two pair, I doubt he ever has a backdoor flush and he probably shoves the turn with a set given all the draws. Nice hand.

i'd just call the turn, his lead/call and turn lead shows that he's not going anywhere and you have little FE.
