Default Bottomset checkraised on turn by 12/4; 50NL

So I really wanted to check this turn, but I talked myself into a bet. Is checking here too weird, or am I more likely to get value from Ks, two pair type hands that way? Villain is 12/4/14 over 130 hands (the AF probably hasn't converged yet).

67 would be pretty sick, but I'd just shove now and get it all-in, he's pretty committed at this point, I doubt he is folding so no point in waiting until the river.
