BB has been trash talking players constantly, as he often overplays his hands and if he had a 4 there is no way he would bet out on flop

I think this is a tough spot, but I'd say about 65% of the time here you're beat. Personally, I just hate to get my money in here being in this spot. I think the only thing you might be beating is a flush draw + 1-2 overs in which case you're about even anyway. I doubt he's on total air this hand.

I don't think calling is horrible, but I would fold.

I think this a fairly standard fold for me. Unless you have a good read that he plays air like this.

You are behind almost everything but air. Even flush draws have a ton of equity here.

I would fold.

I also prefer a call on the flop to a raise, when you raise you aren't getting value from worse hands and you open up the possibility of getting shoved on by a flush draw or maybe overcards. I would only raise here against a complete maniac planning to call his shove
