Default 100NL, flop shove to rep a draw, standard?

I had played with the UTG for a short while, but had played with him a few thousand hands at 50NL, so he had moved up and was probably doing something right, didn't seem outstanding, nor horrible.

Who likes shoving this flop to make it look like a combo draw? Does this take away too much value from Kx type hands that might call a smaller raise or flush/straight draws?
