Default Poll: Desperado Push Ranges

Lets say we have these two scenarios where hero is the short stack. Blinds 250/500

Scenario 1:
CO 2000 (Hero)
BTN 6000
SB 6000
BB 6000

Scenario 2:
CO 6000 folds
BTN 2000 Hero
SB 6000
BB 6000

Assume that all the other players are about break even. They sort of know what they are doing, but are not great.
Would you push a wider range from CO or BTN?
From the BTN you have 1 less player to worry about calling you, but you also have the option to fold 1 hand and hope you pick up something better from the CO.

Default Ranges for calling a desperado?

Lets say we have this situation again, but now we are in BB. CO is a winning player, but we dont really know his pushing range in this situation.

What would you call with from the BB?

Blinds 250/500
CO 2000 pushes
BTN 6000
SB 6000
BB 6000 Hero, calls with ?
