Default FTP Doublestack Final 4 Tables JJ facing UTG +1 Raise

I have been at this table for less than one orbit. First hand I have seen at this table. No reads on anyone? What am I doing??

if you are going to raise preflop, I think you might as well just shove...but I think you have a big enough stack to not have to get crazy here. I see nothing wrong with calling and re-evaluating after the flop.

Ok, I call. SB shoves for 40K. Initial raiser reshoves. I folded. UTG+1 had QQ. SB had 99. If he had folded, I call. I
