SB 3-bet defense
Against your typical blind steal, what range of hands would you 3-bet with from the SB?

Re: SB 3-bet defense
KJo KTs QJs A8o 55+ A6s almost always. K9s KTo JTs QJo+ A7o A5s frequently, but I'll fold them vs tighter steals.
EDIT: It also depends on the blind stucture. Loosen up a notch or 2 in the 2/3 and 3/5 structures, |

Re: SB 3-bet defense
with a BB who is like 60/5/.1 or something i call in the SB sometimes.
It's jackpotjerry too because "a donk into 3 players shows a lot more strength" |

Re: SB 3-bet defense
Tight BB and loose range OTB or bad OTB:
22, A2s, A5o, K7s, K9o, Q9s, QTo, J9s, JTo, T9s, 98s, 87s Tight BB and a good/tight stealer 44, A5s, A7o, K9s, KTo, QTs, QJo, JTs, T9s, 98s, 87s A lot of those hands you can call if there is a bad and very loose player in the BB You also need to tighten up on that range if you dont have a good postflop edge or if the game you are playing in is rake heavy. |

nina, do you ever call in the sb? [/ QUOTE ] rarely. I will with decent multiway hands like T9s 98s with a loose and bad bb. |
