Default Second nut straight

Live game at local club, the blinds is not in dollars but I will convert it as good as I can.

Villian is a good player that I have played with at many occassions, for the last 3 hands he had raised preflop and showed rags. He mixes up his game but is usually tight aggressive and almost never get out of line.

When he puts everything in the middle he usually has the goods.

I have a pretty LAG image but he seems me as a pretty good player.

I have $550 and Villian covers

NL live game, blinds 0.5/1 9-handed
2 folds, UTG+2 (Villian) raises to 6, UTG+3 calls, 2 folds, I call with Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button, SB and BB folds.

Flop: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (pot: 19.5) 3 players
Checked around

Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (pot: 19.5) 3 players
Villian bets 20, UTG+2 calls, I make it 60, Villian makes it 200, UTG+2 folds, I think for like 3 minutes and push..

Thoughts?

he probably showed qk if you bring it this way, if he was raising the last few hands, i probably would push it. However it depends a bit on my reads

Villian could have slowplayed a flopped set with TT or 99, though I do admit this looks a lot like KQ. I don't think you can fold.

Tough spot, he didnt bet the flop which he probably would have done with JJ, TT, 99 or 33 so his play looks much like the nut straight or a tie, 87s is a possible holding, as well as a combo draw of some kind (not very probable).

I probably push here in the heat of action but would not feel very happy about it.

Don't call a 6*BB pf raise with this filth. Even if you are in position.

You shouldn't 4-bet the turn without the nuts IMO. I don't think Villian is 3-betting with anything less than the nuts.

Default Result

He showed KQ which i was pretty afraid of. If he hadnt raised preflop the last 3 hands i could have folded my second nut straight easier i believe.
