Default so give up or fire another? PS 200NL

Villain is 21/14, my notes on him are that he has double barreled before and is capable of bluffing. He seems decent and not all that tricky. We dont have all that much history.

Poker Stars, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $369.15
MP: $214.15
Hero (CO): $407
BTN: $345.30
SB: $547.05
BB: $190

Pre-Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
2 folds, Hero raises to $8, BTN calls $8, SB calls $7, BB folds

Flop: ($26) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $18, BTN calls $18, SB folds

Turn: ($62) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)

So on this turn do you guys check or bluff.

What do you do if you check and he bets 30, 45 and 60 on the turn?

if you're going to double, be prepared to triple

Haha i went with the most awesome bold play and decided to checkraise his pants off actually.

Edit: now that i think about it i dont really like c/r that much since he probably checks behind a lot

I don't like the c/r because I think he often has a weak made hand that's not going to bet the turn, and then if you try to fire the river he'll often call.

I think if he just calls the turn he most likely has a one pair hand thats just a bluff catcher so we might as well put the pressure on with another barrel.
