This table is tight, so my stats higher than normal.

They are 30/26/2.8 over 200 hands.

I 3bet his steal above 8 times and he always fold, just one time he call my reraise and fold to Cbet on rag board. So i think his calling range is pretty tight.

3-betting light is ok at times but i'd probly want a better hand than that to do it with. Don't get to greedy with your resteals. there'll be better places than this to do it. On flop i'd probly checkraise. If he bets you can jam the pot, if not you get a free chance to draw at your hand.

Turn's meh. I guess being a shorty you're just about getting odds on it as long as he's bluffing at times. It's ok but i'd rather not be playing for stacks o a draw alone with only 1 card to come.
