Given relative stack sizes and it being level 2, I probably fold this. I don't see a need to get fancy with an overpair (albeit not much of 'over'pair). It depends on reads too if he's been playing incredibly LAG - pushing with TPTK or what not or been playing solidly TAG and such. However, in most cases I fold this, but not always. I think this is one of those hands that is very read dependent more than anything.

I think this is a clear fold unless you have a read that MP1 is going to stack off with 76d and what not. He could easily be flatting you with a bigger pair here and you're about 30% against a tag range of 44+ and broadway clubs. Plus UTG has a hand every now and then.

I'd help solve this problem a bit by doing 1 of 2 things:

1) Limp behind PF. I often limp 99 from EP PF esp. if there is already 1 limper in. If I were in LP with one limper raising becomes much better IMO.

2) Raise less PF. Making it t120 here is fine. No need to make is t160. The rational for raising this deep is to build a bigger pot so that when you flop a monster hand (i.e. set of 9's) you can get paid off really well. But no need to make it really large.

As played, I'd fold.
