Too thin? Or am I just crazy?

Villain in this hand is tomsOn... midstakes reg on stars with typical tagg stats somewhere near 20/15/3. I've been 3-betting back at him a decent amount this session on a few tables, so I do think he's going to start calling my 3-bets a lot lighter and I think he's apt to raise my weak c-bet on the flop a lot.

I can't really see him show up with any decent made hand on this board a lot. I think this player in this spot 4-bets AK/KK+ back at me pre most of the time, there aren't a whole lot of worse K's I expect him to show up and those usually won't get raised either, and unless he has something like 45s, I don't expect a 4 very much at all.

I really think he has 2 middling diamonds here a ton, and this is a straight value shove (at least that was the idea at the time). Maybe he'll have air 5-10% of the time and fold, or some weak pair that he turned into a bluff that will usually fold.

Anyway... thoughts? It's 317 to him on the end and he's getting about 3:1.
