Default JJ not sure about my line

Action goes often like that and I feel always commited against shortstackers when an overcard comes and I got TT, JJ or QQ. I'm often behind, so are theses hands a fold?

Yeah fold.

He's either got a draw, and if it has one over your equity isnt great. You are crushed by sets and any Q. Plus I think shorties shove 99/TT pf so I doubt he is bluffing too often.

If you are goint to get it in here vs the shortstack i much rather check the flop and let him bet it.

dont fold

edit: shortstack guy limp/called pf and can have just about anything: fd, 6x, a lot of pp, Qx
With the odds your getting folding is bad.

If he had a big hand preflop he'd limp-reraise/push with a big hand shortstacked...I think. He's trying to get to the flop cheaply, I'd say his range is suited connecters- 9T+, pps, 99-, AQ+...just guesses without stats...but usually I find with short/med stackers is they'll put it in with a real hand if you show strength, otherwise they're trying to be scary with not much at all by not pushing and making it seem like their hand is so strong they can just minraise and not scare u off with a push. I usually push this, again though when the villain's range allows it, don't know this guys stats...I do it against less taggish people though and they often show midpairs or draws.
