Default 50 NL - AQ rr pot OOP

OK, my reads are that villain was 22/10/x 'ish so somewhat solid and stuff and my table image was really awful, had been running over the table and not showing down any hands.
I had only 3bet him once quite some time ago when he just folded.
Thoughts on my line please, I already know that I could be self-valuetowning myself here sometimes but overall ?

CB the flop....You would CB that if you didn't hit.

Then it gets harder on the turn/river but that's because you're OOP... I would check the turn and hope he checks so I can bet the river.

Actually something I should have noted is that I almost always check the flop w/ everything in rr pots

A huge leak at that, seeing as how its a decent size leak each time you do it with strong hands that need protection. I dont even understand why you would do that. Are you trying to make yourself harder to read? If you are then there is absolutely zero point in that at these levels.

rr pots need 2 streets to get the money in, most players have so narrow 3bet calling ranges that there is very little point in being afraid of getting outdrawn by 76 on Q85r or w/e, I am just never afraid of getting outdrawn in 3bet pots.

I mean their widest ranges are AXs, any pp and 2 broadway so most of the time they are drawing to the ace or 2outs which I am not afraid of.
