Default Strong hand with 3 suited cards on Turn

I post 2 hands. They don't fit exactly in the same category. Please help me here. I don't know how to play the hands after the turn.

1st Hand

The guy here seems to call 3bets pf light. He called my 3bet a few rounds ago with T9o IP. No other reads or stats.

Our guy here is 20/7 in only 60 hands. No other info. What do you do in this situation? Would your decision change on the turn if you held a set of Kings in a let's say 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] flop ?

I don't like checking behind him on turn because if he has any pair w/ a club, you can't let the club come off on 5th street and it go check check

1-bet for value. a flush is unlikely given PF action and I think its time to stack off here.

2- bet and probably call. i suppose c/c could work sometimes.
