Default What are the odds of \"hitting\" a flop with suited connectors?

People always say call with suited connectors and blah blah but anecdotally they seem to never hit a flop when I call someone's raise with 56s or 78s or something like that. So what are the exact odds of hitting a flush draw, outside straight draw, straight flush draw, or hitting an actual hand (two pair, trips, a straight, a flush, etc. Top pair doesn't count cause it would be a really low top pair)?

Are there programs that can calculate stuff like this? Like, how often does hand X make hand Y on the flop?

What I would be even more interested in is programs that can calculate this same stuff for ranges of hands.
