On hand one where are you wanting a fold at?

hand 1 fold preflop. As played, you should bet the turn as you're probably still ahead.

hand 2 - if CO is raising super wide here I might reshove, o/w fold.

Hand 1:

Preflop:
Either I raise here or I just let this go without limpers. Rasing is not optimal because you just have 13 BB's and you can't fire a c-bet if called. I'd fold here.

As played I push the turn.

Missing that I tend to call the river, but it leaves you with just 5 BB's which is pretty bad. You underrepresented you hand so it is more likely that villian is bluffing. I guess calling the river is okay.

Hand 2:
Without reads I'd fold.

Hand 1 - Raise it preflop and get ready to call a push. Your short for these blinds and people defend with all kinda crap at this limit. As played...I have no idea, he could have anyting.
Hand 2- Push or fold depending on how loose villain has been. I'd lean towards a fold with no info on villain.
In both cases cards matter less than position/chip counts IMO.

This is imo hardcore -$EV. This is not good advice. If a push is not +EV I doubt that a steal/call is profitable. If you decide that the blinds are so tight that a steal might be profitable then definitely fold to a push.

If they call tighter than 12% which sounds like given, but on the $6.5 you never know. I tend to muck this.

HAND 1: Pushing PF is probably ok..but with these spots and stack sizes, I tend to fold and not jeapordize any future FE.

Raising with the intention of calling seems bad..if your going to call the raise you might as well push urself--(you prefer to take this down without a flop)

And calling..well, it's just a little tougher to play..and you don't have enough chips to really get tricky..

hope this makes sense..

FWIW..a lot of people ending up losing a lot of chips at this level because they overplay fairly marginal hands..sometimes staying out of the way is the best move.

HAND 2: Fold
