Default NL25 JJ Thin valuebet at river?

Villain is a setminer with 13/3. I was 99% sure I outdrew him on turn, but is this river bet too risky: (When I was even more weak-tight than now, i would have c/c or c/f the river.)

Why only 3 BBs preflop?

Nicely played.

what makes you think he is set mining here?
its not like he limp-called from EP, there is a wide range of hands with which he could call your PFR from the CO.

The 13/3 multitablers at stars does not have a wide range against a raise, and they play fit or fold on the flop.
The only hand I have to fear given the turn play is QT, but then again they dont call pot bets on flop with a gutshot.
