Heads up play

When the magazine was in its infancy, there was an excellent article about heads up play which I'd like to read again. Would someone please send me a copy or let me know the author's name so I can request it from him or her.

By the way, the article to which I refer may not have been proofread like the current articles. Kudos to the people who are now doing the editing.
