With less than a pot sized bet left I think I just shove and hope for the best. It's sort of hard to think of many worse hands he can call with as your line looks freakishly strong (squeezing UTG raiser, leading on this flop into 3 people, shoving turn), but I think if you check to him here he'll check it back too often and there's a ton of disgusting river cards.
