Default awkward preflop spot 5/10

i know pf posts are kind of dumb but thought this might be worthwhile.

btn is decent, 3-bets pre pretty often but i've caught him a couple times recently so not sure if that's changed his range or not. bb is a donk but i haven't seen him do anything like this yet.

Full Tilt Poker, $5/$10 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BB: $808.75
UTG: $1,015
Hero (MP): $2,536.75
CO: $795
BTN: $2,010
SB: $982

Pre-Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP)
UTG folds, Hero raises to $35, CO calls $35, BTN raises to $155, SB folds, BB raises to $808.75 and is All-In

(i'm 2k deep with btn)

also, if this is an easy call/fold/push what about JJ? KK? AK?

Call. Shoving this deep seems a bit suicidal, but given description of BTN, i'm sure he folds a lot of his 3-betting range. If BTN shoves over your call...puke...and...I dunno.

Edit - b/c you described BB as a donk, I can't imagine a fold EVER entering the equation.

So deep with button, I kinda feel like easy fold with QQ and easy shove with KK.

isn't shoving much better than calling?

what the hell is going to call a 200bb shove that we are beating? Folding is better than shoving imo - but I still think its +EV to call. BTN is known to be 3-betting a wide range, and I think we have be thrilled to stack off w/ the fish in the BB here.

I dunno though - maybe folding is better. That just seems so painful.

yes, but if you call $800, you're going to fold for $1200 more? because i think AK shoves if button has it.

plus i think shoving looks weaker. thus maybe you can get a call from AK or JJ
