With UTG in, CO is always valuebetting (as he has no fold equity) He's facing pretty hot action and he decides to shove over for value, it looks pretty much like either a slowplayed big pair preflop or a flopped set. The only time I ever see you being ahead here is against JJ, and that isn't a big enough chunk of his range to justify calling here.
