LEAD THE RIVER! I fold because there's 4 others in the pot with you and certainly somebody was drawing to the flush.

Although very possible its less likely because its a back door flush. I call here because its cheap, and BB's weak river lead doesnt suggest that he'll be 3betting. Just pray that he doesnt and fold if he does.
