5NL - AK facing all-in raise from short-stack on flop - Line check

I just sat at this table, so unfortunately I have no stats or reads on villain. Even though the flop is fairly scary for me given what I imagine his 3-bet calling range to be, he's so short I don't see how I can avoid calling his flop raise. I'm just looking for a sanity check on my line I guess. Should I raise more preflop?
