PAHUD not saving hands

I just got PAHUD and played my first session with it.

A couple of problems I had:
The popup boxes stopped coming up about a half hour in.
None of the hands were saved.

I am running it with ultimatebet on vista (yes as administrator)

What directory were you looking at for the hand history files?

That's the right directory. While you were playing, did you have the hand history windows open for each table? Was PA Hud fetching hands? Did you check the directory during play or afterwards?

I checked the directory after...and just now I realized that the histories were moved by poker tracker to another directory that I made. However, in this directory they are titled only as numbers, rather than numbers then table name as previous HH fetched by ultimatehistory are. Poker tracker is not importing these HHs.

Should I uncheck the "moved processed files to the following folder" box, and just use the PA HUD directory? If so, can I move the old HH from ultimatehistory into this directory?

Try playing again. This time as you play, take a look at the hand histories that are in the file. Let me know if they are complete hands or not.

The HHs are not complete.

Here are a couple error messages I am getting when I import them into poker tracker:

Error finding dealt cards - hand # 47298975-4204 appears to be incomplete.

Error finding river information - hand # 47297999-5153 appears to be incomplete.
