Villian is 22/12/1 (120) - He's on a few of my tables and he's clearly not very good. He just 4bet all in on the flop 9xx with A9 against opoonent 1010. He's not a mega donk or anything he just doesn't know how to play.

What's best for the river here - c/r or just lead out.

Obv c/r is good for getting all the money but i'm not sure he bets the river that often with his low agg factor and he will probably have medium hand here like a PP with a spade that will just check.

Also i did't 3bet pf because i have been doing it quite frequently against him and he seems to playback a bit.
