I'd call. He's not a super lag. He is loose, and rarely aggressive. I'd say he's loose and passive. You beat a lot of hands that would raise on the river (smaller straights, two pair, sets) so I'd call pretty quickly.

Seems like a call to me.

I don't see how he could guess you hit a gutter.

I don't see how he hit a BDFD.

You only need to be good about 1/3 of the time.

He can have TP, sets, two pair, worse straight, flush, etc.

Call but he will show down a flush here a lot more than other people are suggesting.

Edit: Sometimes I even fold here with a good read. Once I've been on a table a while against a 80/0 monkey and seen him show down a backdoor flush at least two or three times after making the big river raise and after calling with no pair and no draw on the flop etc. I'm not paying him off.

I can't really remember calling a big river raise against a lagtard when the backdoor flush comes in and not seeing a flush, and I can remember a million times when the other guy has shown down a flush. These guys really don't make this move with anything but a flush on this board.

Don't start thinking "there's no way he could put me on a straight" etc. This guy is clearly a level 0 thinker. Every time I start overthinking here I call and realize he was just like, "omg I made a flush, raise!!!111"

I don't think he shows a flush 10% of the time here. Why aren't we value shoving? It looks like villian slowplayed a set/two pair.
