Default I fold KK on a paired board, but what has villain got?

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
6 players
Converter

Villain is a 36/12/1

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, CO folds, Hero raises to $5, SB calls, 2 folds.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($12, 2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9, SB calls.

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($30, 2 players)
SB bets $15, Hero calls.

River: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($60, 2 players)
SB bets $40, Hero folds.
Uncalled bets: $40 returned to SB.

Results:
Final pot: $60

What hand does it look like villain has given this line? How often does he have a ten? What else could this type of player do this with on this board?

The aggression factor was only over 200 hands though, think he might be more aggresive than this.

Am I the only one who likes a river call here? I think a donk could be taking this line with something like 88.

that never actually happens imo. i rarely see people donk around with midpairs on a board like this.

I dunno, his line really doesn't look like a ten to me. He's obviously a donk by his stats, and the vast majority of donks are going to go for a checkraise with a ten here rather than take a weird line like this. When he donks the turn for half-pot I really feel like he has a weakish pocket pair and wants to see where he is cheaply. I don't think it's impossible that he might figure out that he's beat when we call the turn, but decide to try to bluff when the ace falls.

Also, I think a turn raise is really bad here. He's never folding a better hand, rarely calling with a worse one, and if we are ahead, he has virtually no outs to beat us, so it's not like we need to protect.

clever didnt you have a lot more posts?

also, donks will c/c c/c lead river a LOT with big hands. they don't raise because they dont want you to fold, then they donk the river because they dont want you to check behind.
