Default stars nl200: folding a full house is a sin, right?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($197)
Button ($115)
SB :#A500AF(villain)/ ($395.05)
BB ($221.10)
UTG ($192.10)
Hero ($476.05)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB :#A500AF(villain)/ calls $7, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($18) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">villain bets $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $20</font>, villain calls $18.

Turn: ($58) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
villain checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, villain calls $40.

River: ($138) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">villain bets $327.05 (All-In)</font>, Hero calls $327.05.

Final Pot: $792.10

Villain is 28/8/1 after about 100 hands, we don't have any serious history together, but he seems to be pretty passive as far as I can tell. In hindsight, turn should have been closer to a psb because he's calling down with a ton of draws here.

Thoughts?
