3-6 max goals stats?

During the February I played 2-3 tables of Pokerstars 3/6 6max. I was wondering what range I should be aiming for my stats. I logged 19k hands and was a 1.2 BB/100, 32% VP$IP, PFR 17%, Folded BB to Steal 48%, Folded SB to Steal 64%, 37% went to showdown, and won 50% of my showdowns.

I know these numbers have room for alot of improvement and was wondering what numbers I should be aiming for and what BB/100 these numbers are for. Im also going to be doing an in depth reading of SHH this month along with reading 2+2 for at least 6 hours a week. Any help or advice is much appreciated.
