Default 100NL KQ

Villian is 60/12/2.5 over 200 hands. He folds to cbets 70% of the time, his minraise could be a draw or a FD, his smallish turnbet is maybe a hint he is on a draw, waht to do?
I am 19/16/3

My default play here is to raise the turn. You get to sit in the drivers seat, charge him to draw and you are in position so you can see what he does on a blank river. I´m folding on a diamond river though for sure and also folding to aturn 3bet obv

Same as above. It looks like he is blocking betting a draw.

I can't see the fish donking the turn with a straight (and even for a fish 42s seems unlikely). A set is a possibility, but I still don't think he'd donk with it. I would put in a raise. I think he has QJ a lot or a draw. As stated by others you are in position. Fold to a turn 3-bet and value bet a blank river, I think a weak top pair or an underpair like 99 or whatever is also a conveivable part of his range.

to those suggesting raise/fold: please give an amount for which this is good. we need to raise to at least like ~45 and then fold for the last $40? i find that absolutely terrible.

Bet around 32. If he calls you know he has a weak hand/ draw and you still can get away from a shove.

i like a call. it's deceptive. gives you some element of pot control. you are not always ahead here. with a call he will value bet worse hands on the river. you can fold to a diamond on river if you want. i dont like stacking off in blind battles.

too weak?
