NL50 facing 3-bet in a raised pot with 33
Villain is the typical bad player raises with any 2 face cards plays way too many hands, splashing around.
Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 7 Players LegoPoker Hand History Converter Hero (MP): $95.75 CO: $76.25 BTN: $67.35 SB: $57.95 BB: $22.30 UTG: $71.20 UTG+1: $5.20 Pre-Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP) 2 folds, Hero calls $0.50, CO calls $0.50, BTN folds, SB calls $0.25, <font color="red">BB raises to $2</font>, Hero calls $1.50, 2 folds Flop: ($5) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players) <font color="red">BB bets $2</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $7</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $20.30 and is All-In</font>, now what... basicly i`m still not believing that he has an over pair or maybe even a 9... problem tho im basicly committed..or at least very close to it. |

Re: NL50 facing 3-bet in a raised pot with 33
why dont you think he has an overpair? donks like to bet small on flops w/ big hands to "milk" you in. Just fold, wait for a better spot etc...
EDIT ; Also I'd only smooth call that flop if I don't fold |

Re: NL50 facing 3-bet in a raised pot with 33
cos his bet preflop was so weak.. it looked like he just wanted to bet for the sake of his tempting looking hand..also he took pretty long on flop after my raise before he moved in . made me feel he was just trying to get lucky, but i guess u are right. this prob shud just be mucked
