Default NL200: What do I do on the turn?

Villain is GettingTipsy, he's an 18/12/3 player. I'm playing about 15/12/4 today and have 3-bet him about 8 times today on several different tables. Each of those times he's either folded preflop or folded on the flop to my c-bet, so I'm pretty certain he has a strong hand this time, or is getting annoyed. What should my turn play be here?

Aren't we concerned about any draws checking behind and getting a free card?
