Default nl100 88 vs. shortstack

pretty simple hand. shortstack is 20/10 over a small sample. flop push is instantaneous.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

BTN: $110.70
Hero (SB): $116.35
BB: $204.80
UTG: $24.35
CO: $81.75

Pre-Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
UTG calls $1, CO folds, BTN calls $1, <font color="red">Hero raises to $5.50</font>, BB folds, UTG calls $4.50, BTN folds

Flop: ($13) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $18.85 and is All-In</font>, Hero folds

Results: $13 Pot ($0.65 Rake)
UTG mucked and WON $12.35 (+$6.85 NET)

do you do anything differently?

sorry if this is kind of a dumb question. i worry a lot more about messing these up than stack off scenarios with tp/overpair, etc.

if i lead for 9, and he puts the rest of his stack in, can i fold at better than 4:1 with 2 outs on such a dry board knowing that i'm almost never being bluffed?

I B/C and mutter something about how much I hate shortstackers. A7o is good of course.

naw, thats why i pot it.

again, its probably not the 'absolute' correct play but over the log term its not gonna mean much...i get calls from worse PP enough anyways not to mention folds (i cant imagine how, but then again why are they even calling pre?).
