Ron Paul a \'Western Movement\'?
http://www.patrickruffini.com/2007/1...n-paul-nation/
would seem to make sense, ya know, libertarianism has that 'frontier feel' to it (which I like). |

Re: Ron Paul a \'Western Movement\'?
Wyoming is the first primary state, and NH is close up after that. These are great states for RP, all he needs to do is show well and he gets an explosion of airtime and legitimacy.
It also helps these are small states where he can literally reach a huge portion through direct campaigning. |

Re: Ron Paul a \'Western Movement\'?
If he gets some (positive) upset results, his name will suddenly be on everybody's lips. With that, he could gain momentum, in which case he could go very far.
He'd still lose to Hillary later, though. |

Most of the moral high ground she can claim over all the other republican candidates he crushes her on. If Paul got the nomination and Hillary were actually forced to discuss issues with him she'd be exposed for the charlatan (charlatina?) she is. |

Re: Ron Paul a \'Western Movement\'?
Hillary would be the best match up for Paul. Obama would be the worst.
