Default NL200 reraised pot with 2nd pair oop

Villian hasnt seen me 3-bet light so far. No real history either. He has played taggish 20/16/6, about 100 hands or so only though.

Help me put villian on a range. Comments on all streets (but pf i guess) are welcome.

I always bet flop, which would change the whole hand. As played, I don't think I could call the river.

Bet flop with the intention of pushing some turns, like spades, nines, jacks and eights.

Don't CR the turn. On river I'd probably fold to a reg./multitabler and call someone else.
