Default 100NL flopped bottom two

Villian is 25/21/6

Haven't played with him much, 120~ hands. 3rd time he's 3bet me from the bb. Or is preflop just horrid? Seems solid, how should I go about the rest of the hand?

in general 4b to 25ish is better then calling.
