Hi.

I am the maker of Telescope.

Can you please email me a screenshot of your PokerStars lobby to "support@spadeit.com"?

I was also having huge problems using telescope. I couldn't get it to work and the support was pretty useless telling me to just post in a forum and find someone who can fix it instead of doing it themselves. Pretty lazy imo and made me decide not to purchase it.

I guess it is a Vista related problem and you have to play around with the "run as admin" option.

I guess you need to run PokerStars and Telescope as admin, or only Telescope.

Navigate to your Telescope installation directory and right click the Telescope executable.
Then choose "run as admin".

@TheMetetron:
It is not lazyness if i have no clue how to solve your problem.
I am not Jesus.
I do not have a Vista computer and i have no experience with Vista.
So what else can i suggest you instead of posting the problem in our forums and try to find another Vista user who already solved this problem?
I know there are some Vista user out there using Telescope....

I can give you pretty much examples from the 2+2 forum where people are pretty happy with the support i am offering, but sorry, i can not conjure.

Ahhhh. One can now resize the PokerStars lobby window :/

Please resize the PokerStars lobby to the smallest possible value. Yours is a few pixel too big...

I am working on a new Telescope version to fix this...
