Default 400NL 6max I butchered my KK pre now what do I do?

Stacks:
Hero: like $1.5k
BB: $900
UTG: $400

UTG limps
I raise my KK to $20 (standard)
BB repops to $56
UTG calls
I type in $169 and MISCLICK CALL OOOOUUUUCH

Flop ($170): QT2r

Checked to me I bet $150 baby

BB calls
UTG folds

Now this sucks

Turn: ($470) (QT2r)4r

Check Check

River: ($470) (QT2r4r)J

BB bets $140

I cry then call

This is such a sikk spot. EXCEPT FOR PREFLOP how do I play this?
