nl200, turn spot against loose player
Villain is 52/14, but hes not as horrible as stats might indicate. Seem him; check minraise into 2 players when hit straightdraw on 4968 board, he had 75. Cold call with QQ and check call on K high flop and block bet river. Also type of guy who wont fold top pair.
I have tag image, 20/17 or so, been raised off a couple hands so havent shown down anything. Re: nl200, turn spot against loose player
He's loose enough to call with enough worse Queens preflop and on the flop to make this an easy call

do not fold. trips + 100bbs + loose player = AI.

Re: nl200, turn spot against loose player
tough spot, agreed. I don't see myself getting away from this though. He just called a PF raise... hm... I stack off.

Re: nl200, turn spot against loose player
So given that he NEVER bluffs here (I think thats very safe to asume), you all still stack off?
Thechad, note that he also just called with QQ |

Re: nl200, turn spot against loose player
yeah, I actually figured out the answer to this myself. Villain needs to have Q8 and worse queens in his range to make this call profitable. I actually think that he would make those hands into more bluffcatching hands and not be so aggro with them, since I am showing so much strenght he is either way ahead or way behind. In retrospect I actually think this is a fold, but I called and he had AQ and I got lucky and chopped on the river.

Re: nl200, turn spot against loose player
noted that he smooth called QQ.
I still have trouble getting away. I see KK/AA, underpairs here. I think that he's flipping a better Q on a rare occasion. |
