I played villain once before in May. He was LAGgy on that day and made the money. Today he has yet to get out of line. He is short stacked because he took a bad beat by the button earlier.

Don't like it at all. With 4 people in the pot, you'll unlikely take this down w/ a lead out bet, which forces you to 2 barrel or c/c turn which is bad too. Opponents can easily have QT and stuff here so you're might be drawing to chop. I c/f flop unless bet is 100 maybe.

hate the line, especially with shorty involved.

unless its something like one person minbetting and folded to you, c/f flop.
