any info like preflop stats, reads, how he plays draws and so on? Often just check behind flop. Not easy for anyone to say if river is a call or not without knowing anything about opponent.

Without some type of read/feel/stats to the contrary, I'm checking back the turn and calling the river here just about every time.

yeah your hand range is pretty face up by the river, so it's much closer to a call than a fold against a random
