Re: I 3bet out of the blinds and am a lil confused
Shove first hand. Bet $40 then call if villian shoves in the second hand.

Re: I 3bet out of the blinds and am a lil confused
It's hard to say when you have no reads, but usually a solid player 4 bet PF with QQ KK under blind stealing circumstances. Since you hold an Ace, it's less likely that your opponent has AA. I think you are ahead of KJ QJ PP (non set) quite often to make it a profitable play. Again, since there is no read, my advice is heavy based on the blind stealing situation. If he is somewhat tight, it's a fold

Forgot to mention, that board is dry enough for him to slowplay a set, so I erased that possibility

Re: I 3bet out of the blinds and am a lil confused
you have to get it in in both hands. If you don't really want to get it in you should consider checking the flop. But there are 8 cards you don't want to see so betting should be standard.

GRUNCH:
I push in hand 1 but it's very close. i think he does this with Jx and sometimes as a bluff. Hand 2 i think i C-C to give him a chance to bluff and for value on the river if it's checked through. |

Both hands i bet less on the flop fwiw. You can accomplish all the same things with a $16 bet.
